This seemed to stop the CPU spiking, but since it contained all the Vienna Suite Plugins, I still could not load my previous projects without errors. Removed the plugin path to c:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\VST2.Older and newer versions of Vienna Instruments.It seemed for a while that an older Instruments Pro version helped, buth then I got errors that it could not load the instruments saved by the more recent version. Older and newer versions of Vienna Instruments Pro.Here's what I have tried so far on the WIndows 7 slave machine: 6 since it is the latest version that runs on XP 64.
None of the other 5 slave machines ever had CPU spikes running on XP 64. They started when I upgraded one of the slave machines hardware and OS from Win XP64 to WIndows 7 64bit Home Premium. I am also experiencing CPU spikes, and they only happen on the Windows 7 machine.
